Head studs/Billet input shaft
Head studs/Billet input shaft
I recently bought a set of 370's and bigger DV's, and I was wondering if I put the 370's,DV's, a #4 plate, and a 3K GSK on my truck('94 12V w/ a 5spd) will I need head studs or a billet input shaft. I plan on getting an HX40 in the future will I need them then? Thanks Matt
Studs are a good idea if you want to run boost higher than 40-45psi.
Billet shafts are for autos so I think you're ok with your 5psd, however there is a larger input shaft for the 5spd you might need in the future.
