Just bought a 95 3500, and dont want to spend the coin a Gov spring kit. I read the first couple pages of the initial washer method, and have to ask what is now the prefered washer to use? did anyone ever find out which washers will go to what RPM? I am lookin for 3600 under load. Thanks!
