I am getting ready to rebuild my transmission. Where is a good place to buy a rebuild kit from? Also I already have a new torque converter and need to buy a valve body and lock up controller. Any recommendations?

That said, there are others also DTT, ATS, Goerend Brothers and Banks. I think they all will sell upgrade kits. I would stick with one of these because they work with the diesel truck and understand what our trucks need. Go to the "LINKS" section at the top of the page and you will be able to find them all.

I sent you an email Bill but I thought I would put it out for everyone to read. Did you notice a difference when you stacked the Edge with the supertuner? I have an Ez right now and I am thinking of stacking it.

 

I will answer here also. This has been talked about quite a bit here and on other sites. They seem to be popular to stack. I will start with a word of CAUTION. If you stack them be sure to do the programming with the tuner first then add the EZ or any time you run the tuner remove the EZ first. I have not experienced this for myself but I have read about it. The tuner will reprogram the trucks computer and from what I’ve read it will try to reprogram the EZ if it is hooked up.
