Getting my injectors rebuilt?

A little history;

My truck started surging when building boost, I could turn the comp box off at any level and it would stop. I sent the box off to Edge and they said it was fine. I reinstalled it and it still happened. Next I installed my stock injectors, now I can run the box at any level with no surging issues. I'm guessing it was the injectors

I have 75hp full Edge Jammer injectors, not nozzles. These worked flawlessly for me for 2.5-3yrs before the surging problem evolved.

Is there a way I can get these injectors rebuilt without the cost of a new set of performance injectors? Thanks.

What is your fuel pressure like? The higher flow injectors may just be taking that much more off the fuel supply and causing issues.

Other than that its finding a reputable diesel shop to pop test the injectors to see if they are all at the same spec.

Fuel has remained the same at all times, 15-17#. I can't think of a single thing that may have caused this or anything that changed to make it happen.
It cost me $100 for edge to check out the box, I don't want to keep throwing money away

Make sure all the connections w/the Edge are good. Especially the IP wire tap.

The IP isn't tapped, never has been. I've taken the box/harness completely out and reinstalled it, it seems all good.

That happened to me with brand new DDP 75's. I pulled them and replaced them with a new set, so I could still drive, and sent the originals back to DDP for warranty. Turns out the nozzles were all replaced. The surging started as soon as the first set were put in and only had 1000kms on them when I pulled them (600 miles). I am still trying to sell the first set, with all the paperwork from DDP and new nozzles.
