Fuel System Issues

We have a 2001 with a glacier 392 kit. The other day the fuel cap was hissing, So i pulled it off and the tank was full of pressure. This fuel system was installed 9 months ago and has been trouble free.

Does anyone know what would cause this. With the cap of you can se the vapors escaping the tank.

I checked all the return lines and tank vents.

Last time this happened it was a loose hold down on one of the injectors.
Did you change your injectors lately? Something is pressurizing the fuel system. Could be a combustion chamber leak somewhere. Hows the oil level and smell? Doesn't smell like diesel does it? How's the anti freeze level and look of it. Could also be a head gasket.
