You could get it from Jegs or Summit Performance. They're about $100, but just depends on where you go. When I wired mine I ran the wire through the frame and up to the ECM and tapped into that conjunction with the stock in-tank pump that I have. So whenever you turn the key on, both pumps are working simultaneously.

i've not got mine put on yet, but i'm etiher gonna use the stock lift pump harness or tie in a hot acc. spot in the fues box. you can get a procomp black(same as holley blue) off of ebay for right at $75 with shipping.

are you planing to run the stock pump with the blue or by it's self???

chuck85:

You can also purchase the Holley Pumps at any "Advance Auto Parts" Store.
They are about the same price as they are in "Jegs" or "Summit" and they give you a full one (1) year warranty on them.

So I have a favor to ask, could I get a picture or some detailed instructions for the wire you tapped for the Holley Blue to turn on? You could call it "Installing Holley Blue for Dummies"

mine is stuck in my fuse box, when the key is on, its on. if i want it off for some reason, i can just pull it from the connector.
youll know if its the wrong one, if it keeps running when you shut the key.

You should install a relay harness from your battery to the pump, with a trigger to fire the pump. Here's a diagram:

Some people use a Hobbs switch to power on when the oil pressure is up, this helps with the hard start problem when running too much pressure.

Awesome!! I do have a relay set up, now I just need to hook up the trigger switch to the hot wire and I am good to go, right? This will make the Holley Blue switch one once the truck starts?!? Thanks

will you be running the blue by it's self or with stock lp. if it's by its self just hook it up to a hot (key on) power source.

I do have the in tank pump installed, and I have a Holley Blue on the frame. The trucks suffers from hard starts when the grid heater cycles for some time during cold weather starts. I want to find the appropriate wire to tap to switch the pump on when the truck actually starts. I do have a relay set up off of the battery and the trigger switch closes as soon as the key is in. It runs into the fuse box in the cab, I think #17 fuse spot. What should I do different for the switch wire?
