Fuel Pressure Help!

Fuel Pressure Help!
I filled up my tank a few days ago and the next morning on my way to work it was acting like I was running out of fuel. I drove around a little bit and it seemed to work itself out. I still have a little hesitation. Also, I am running 2-stroke oil at about 1oz per gallon for lubrication.
1) Has anyone ever gotten a bad tank of fuel?
2) Is there a place that I can hook up a temporary fuel pressure gauge on my truck? I'm running the stock VP-44.

There is a schrader valve on the inlet line to the VP-44. You can get a fuel pressure tester from Auto-zone or Advance Auto and hook it directly to this valve. The one that I have is made by Actron. This will give you the pressure going into the VP-44. If it is low, look first to your fuel filter, then the Lift pump.
