fp gauge mech. or elect.
Most guys here don't care for Electric. I ran one with no problems for a while but did not match other gauges, so I switched. Many claim they have had trouble with the electric but mine worked well. (check classified if interested).

I run a mechanical but I have it mounted in a gauge pod just to the right of my e-brake. It's been in for a year, no problems. I put it down there incase if it ever did leak it would drip on my catch all mat. Used a needle valve to snub down the flow or shut off if it ever leaks.
It's a good system & if I didn't already have 3 gauges in the a pillar I wouldn't have any problem mounting it up there. I know some guys think fuel into the cab is a bad idiea, but even if the gauge or line leaked it would be minamal & could be shut off.
Got my gauge, braided stainles steel line, & needle valve all in a kit from Rod at

Mine has an isolater that has radiator fluid that goes in the cab. Seems that the instructions said that you didn't have to fill the line with any thing but I did. You might be able to check Geno's Garage for the info.
