Flexplate or billet input??

I have read of surprisingly few flex plates breaking!

I would do input & output shafts before the Flexplate.

I have many, many 1/4 mile passes on a stock flexplate and all of them are in the 1.76 and quicker 60 foot range. I think the majority of the broken flexplates are on the 3rd gen trucks. Get the input and then save up for the output as it will break next. I broke my stock output with a 10 pound launch 2 hours after dynoing 471hp with mach 3s and a HTB2 charger a year or so ago.
