Fitting H2 wheels to a 2002 4x4

Fitting H2 wheels to a 2002 4x4
I have the Dana 70 rear axle on my truck ( I believe ) and I was wondering if I need to have the center reamed out the .135 inch that I have heard people talking about? Thanks for any info you all may have.
