First time pulling my truck

I was thinking about pulling this weekend at Bowling Green. I am going to drive the truck there, was wondering what is prone to breaking on these so I may be prepared. Does anyone modify their rear suspension for pulling? Any tips or tricks for a first timer?

have you a couple spare u-joints and maybe a drive shaft if you can. Juat watch your boost when you come out of the hole. You dont need a whole lot...just ease into it and you should be ok. And alot of guys fab up still bars to put in place of the factory shocks to keep the truck from squating. But its not neccesary. Just go out and have fun. And if it breaks...youll have an excuse to go aftermarket.
