So I already had the 4" downpipe and 5" pipe that went to about the rear of the cab. And Box5 was kind enough to fab up some 6" pipe to finish off the side dump! How cool is that? After some welding, some cutting, and a little painting, here it is!

So now its 4" aluminized downpipe, 5" aluminized 'till the back of the cab, and then 6" stainless steel from the back of the cab to about halfway between where the dually fender starts and the front of the rear tires are.

It sounds so awesome. Drone is GONE. With the windows up it is surprisingly quiet, but with them down... WATCH OUT WORLD! It is the deepest and loudest thing I have ever heard .

time to polish it to a mirror finish and u'll be rockin, because ur flux welds hurt the stainless's feelings . Gald u like it even though ur 2wd frame had to move the position down from where I wanted it, lol jk still looks great. What better way to use up some 6" stainless tube lying around except fab a bend and adapter and send it across the country to a fellow CTD'r, lol. Now we need some audio to go with the pics!

 

Dont know how much ya have lying around or anything but im sure if you get bored enough i have a couple of trucks i could use some on if its gettin in your way!
