Just installed a new fass 150 gph fuel system on a 99'. I also have an edge juice w/ attitude and it only reads 2 psi. I cracked the 1,3,5 injectors and had fuel but the truck won't start and I keep getting air bleeding off of the return side of the pump. Is this a result of the low fuel pressure just isn't enough to finish bleeding the air. Just curious why I would only have 2 psi when the old stock lift pump had 12. Would appreciate any input, would like to have truck running asap.

 

how much fuel do you have in the tank? all connections/fittings tight? any fuel leaks?

 

Did you get the FASS to prime? Losen up just the fuel filter and leave the WS tight?

I figured out that the fuel filter didn't get primed right even though I filled it full of fuel before I screwed it on. Loosened it a ran the pump, now I'm running 17 psi steady it doesn't fluctuate at all. It is nice to have it up and running again.
