First question is how often do I change this thing?

Second is HOW do I change this thing? Pictures?

I had someone else put it in and now I want to know how to change it?

if you mean the fuel filter you un screw the old one fill the new one with fuel and screw it back on. the water sepp does not need changed jest drained you loosen it shake it for a few sec and let the dirt settle to the bott then loosen the plug on the bottom and let it drain till the water is gone then tighted the drain plug the tighten the water seperator back up.
