I live in salt country, and my tail pipe and muffler are getting rusted through. I am looking for a T-304 stainless system with a lifetime warranty, and do not want something that is much or any louder than stock. What brands fit the bill, ex. Magnaflow, MBRP, etc, and are for a reasonable price, and if I bought these over the internet, are they likely to be dented up from shipping? Thanks

I would look into Diamond eye system very high quality in stainless or aluminized steel, priced right and zero problems with downpipes and hangers unlike some of the other manufactures good luck

If you're looking for T-304 we are one of the few that have that material. It does come with a lifetime warranty and will for all practical purposes last longer than you and I or the truck for that matter. T-409 which is what the other members posted about (except Lary) is stainless but it will turn brown/gray and get corrosion spots on it. If you live in the salty North it will work but will not last like 304 will. 304 has a lot of chromium and nickel in it and that's makes it non magnetic, 409 is magnetic.

Has nice rumble but not loud, just a little more than stock, I think. Can't really remember what stock sounded like??

Yeah pretty much. The 24 valve system we have is very close to stock sound levels except when you nail the go pedal or have a big trailer on an uphill run etc. It's the REAL muffler with ceramic blanket and stainless steel wool packing material that keeps it quiet, so many of the systems out there today have NO packing and that starts a booming sound that is pretty ugly etc.
Now for you I like to hear it sing guys, we have muffler delete pipes too!!!!
