Enterprise Engine Performance

Anybody know about Enterprise Engine Performance out of Columbus Ohio?

My Dad took his NV 5600 to this place and it made 25,000 mile's and it was noisy in 6th gear. took it back to this place and a $1000 later it made 500 mile's and rattly in neutral (bad) and noisy going down the road. Oil is full of bronze. Were about 6 hours from this place and not really happy about going back. Anybody know anything about these people, my dad is ******.

Enterprise Engine is one of the best Cummins engine builders around. They specialize in pulling trucks iirc.

The bronze would be the synchros. What kind of oil is in the transmission?

Its very difficult for any of us to comment - we dont know the whole story behind this. Im sure someone with direct experience with them will chime in. Good luck.

had them do my clutch install. Am/was very pleased with their work. I did NOT feel like they nickle dimed me at all. They recommeded that I get the redline out of my NV5600, said they see WAY more failures on 'other' oils than the recommeded. Very nice christian people (one of the reasons I gave them the money to do my clutch) who I will use when I can afford to.

I have bought a lot of my parts
from them, they seem very helpful. I would recommend them to any one. They are one of the best around

He's wants to decide it he want to take it back to them or not. I really wasn't that bad before, just making noise in 6th gear after about a hour on the road. Now it's just junk. Can't even hear the trucks engine running over the noise coming out of the transmission.

need to take it to a compant person who care's and know's what there doing. Trannys are nothing to mess around with somebody that don't know what there doing. I question if this place really know's what there doing.
It was $4500 the first time, then it's a $1000 this time, what's is it going to be the next. Plus we have to pull it evertime. And the a full 12 hour's of driving to take it to them.
