IS THERE AN EGT GUAGE ICAN INSTALL ON MY 1ST GEN. WITHOUT DRILLING AND TAPPING THE EXHAUAST MANIFOLD

 

You can also mount the thermocouple in the downpipe. However, the egt readings are approximately 300 deg. lower than the readings from the exhaust manifold. My advice is to mount the thermocouple in the exhaust manifold.<br>---<br>Al
