About a month ago I was messing around in my fuse box and unplugged my edge w/o disconnecting the batts and after reconnecting I had a CEL, 3 codes P0237 - Map sensor, P0251 VP metering circ. and P0252 VP metering circuit. I cleared them and they came back within a day, a week or so later after driving with the light on I disconnected batts and edge and reinstalled properly, I had no CEL for about 3 weeks, then today it appeared again as soon as i keyed it on, (I hadnt even started the truck and it was the light was glued on-not just the startup sequence) My ? is has anyone else had this happen to them, I really believe it has to do w/my edge but Im paranoid because Im running about 50% Waste Oil and dont want to hurt my VP, but at the same time I dont think i would be setting a code related to the map sensor just because of the oil? does anyone have any input? thanks
