edge or quad?

ok so i've been raised with Edge chips. my dad had two in his 99 Cummins, i dont remember what ones but i kno the first went bad so his mechanic suggested the next one. i dont think they had a lot of options back then. he also had the Juice w/ Attitude in his 05 chev, and Evolution in his 07 Classic. So i am slighty partial to Edge, but from reading what all of you have to say, and Laguna's website, i am considering the Adrenaline. Does any one have an opinion?

I dont know how it is on a Dodge, but my son has the Edge Evo on his 99 PSD. I know the Edge is a programmer and when he programs his setting it takes ungodly long to get it all done. Like I said I dont know if it would take that long on a Dodge/Cummins. The Adrenaline is a plug and play module. After seeing both and the ease of programing, I would go with the Adrenaline.

The Evo is the only Edge that is a programmer- Juice, Power Edge, Etc. are plug and play

Quad is the only breaking new ground for VP trucks, imo.

The evolution can only get you a little more hp. The adrenaline easily doubles the power the evolution can get you plus I think the Adrenaline has alot more saftey features and you can download and play with many different tunes.

i switched from the comp to the adrenaline and the adrenaline spools faster pulls harder and is a ton quicker than the comp. The only downside is the EGTs get hot fast when it is turned all the way up. It also doesn't smoke like the comp did with my injectors but some of you may like that.

I just got my adrenaline and will never go back if you like to play around with your truck this is a easy thing to play but its still in testing so if you dont want to mess with it just wait untill quad gets all the bugs out of it
The safty features kick edges A** by far and it has 3 strong tow modes and the the milagemax built in hands down quad built a mean box here and its there for the taking.

I've had an Edge EZ; then one stacked on a TST PM3. You can have them both since my purchase of the Adrenaline. More power, less smoke.
No question at all.

I wanna try the Adrenaline as I am running an Edge product now. It would be interesting to see how they compare first hand.

I've had both. The adrenaline has a lot more low end especially with the aggressive tunes. It defuels smooth and I don't have a problem with egts in combination with the J-hook. Customer service is also very very good. Every e-mail with a question I've had has been answered within 5 or so hours.

ADRENALINE!!!!! Hands down, just got rid of the Edge Juice. The Adrenaline pulls so much harder and smokes a lot less, especially with a capable turbo. Not to say that there aren't bugs right now with the fueling, but thats the great thing about this box, it can be updated at any time. Great job Quad!!!!

Not to get off subject, got the adrenaline and love it but didn't get any literature with it to explain different power settings and details on the tunes.Any other quad owners get some with theirs?I tow a fifth wheel occasionally and want to know if there are any safe tunes for towing.
