Edge Jammer BB Turbo

Has anyone tested or ran the new Jammer BB turbo from Edge ... I really like the looks and they say it lasts alot longer with the ceramic Ball bearings and internals. I want to hear somethings about this turbo? good or bad to help make my final decission?

I know there is atleast one guy on here running that turbo.........and from the sounds of it he really likes it. I just cannot remember who it was..........I'll have to dig through some old threads and try to find him.

Or do a search on it, it's been discussed before!!

I got my first one a year ago, and it was replaced at no cost when the "revised" model was released about six months ago. Prior to the BB I had a Piers Nasty Nine and then DZ/12.

See my profile for bombs, and in that context, this turbo works perfect for me:

Excellent spool, perfect street manners ( no surging/barking), pulls hard, and controls egt's very well. With the comp on level three I'm at 95 mph and just start to touch 1300 degrees. Never have seen over 1450. I don't tow and am at ~sea level.

12VRoush,

From the info we have from Edge and customers it's the best thing going so long as you stay below 500-550 RWHP total, after that it runs out of air. Very very durable and really comes on fast, they are promoting it for the towing crowd but it works equally well for those that stay below that HP level I mentioned.

What are the dimensions, like the HTB2 or Phat Shaft 62/12, 62/14, etc.?

How is spool compared to stock?
