Edge EZ Problem

My rig has developed a little problem. When the engine is cold, the Edge EZ doesn't work. It runs like it's not installed. After warm-up, I can shut down and restart and it will work fine. Any ideas other than a defective Edge EZ?

Send it back to Edge and get a replacement. I'm on my second one. I may need a third.

I think the Warranty is one year. I got my first one replaced for free. It got so hot you could not touch it. The new one is over 2 years old with no issues.
