What if you don't tap the fuel inj. Pump? What will happen?

 

You will not get the added power. From what I understand (my experience on 2nd gen's with an Edge Juice with attitude) it's only like having power levels 1-3.

 

Correct, if you don't tap the wire you will only get level 1-3. I did tap mine, although it was on a newly replaced VP44 and I immediately upgraded my fuel system. It has been fine for approx 60k miles now.

To be honest though I drive probably 95% of the time on level 2. So depending on what you are using it for, you may never even miss the other 2 levels.

 

yeah i took the plung and tapped my new vp44. screw the warranty. i have a edge juice. i pretty much drive in level 3. unless i wanna smoke someone!!!

 

If you dont tap it it is the same as an EZ box. About 60-65 hp.
