Newly installed Edge....what is the amount of boost I should see.

WOT 41lbs boost, let off just a little it will drop, but will hang there if you keep your foot in it. and...that's level 4. Have tried 5, but haven't done a WOT run, since I'm a little concerened with that amount of boost, or should I say I was not expecting that much. Also...that reading is from the Attitude, not a separate guage. Will the Attitude reading NOT read after a certain amount of boost? Can't tell you about the EGT, haven't installed the pyro yet.

It's an 06 and other than the Edge, stock dually. BTW, the Edge is NOT coming off, just hope the clutch will hold.

 

Post in 3rd gen forums. Is that with stock turbo? Stock turbo should not get pushed higher than 38. It will over speed and ruin it. My 06 with a bullydog power pup and crazy larry will hit 40 but drops back to 36ish when the wastegate opens. That is to much for the stock turbo.

 

yes, all stock. What needs adjested to temper this a bit?
