Looks good! Are you putting them in a sport or non-sport?

Just wondering about the install.

I only see the passenger side for the Sport lights.

Do they have the driver's side too?

'98 non-sport. I intend on posting instructions where you have to sawzall the inner fender to get them to fit. I don't think I'll post the wiring diagram though- my wiring won't be the same as anyone else.

Ed, they have them since I bought a pair. Their parts list isn't in order at all.

Yea great, just great, Now I had to go and order a pair I got the complete ones, since I think on my color truck the ambers look good.
JF, let us know how the projectors work. Now I gotta figure out how I want to do the relays for the lights. I hope to get the power mirror swap done before these get in...

Can you run dual 9004s in the sport headlights in a non sport truck? Then just tail off the factory lights? So you would have dual low beams on each side and dual high beams on each side also??????????????

The factory 18ga headlamp wire is only good for triggering a relay for the new lights. Driving twice the factory amperage would melt them very quickly.

Here's the PDF sport hole template. You'll need to make sure the hole goes straight back as there are 2 pieces of metal to cut. To use it, cut it out and match the biggest part with the existing oval.

3 bolts to remove:

Pry between the plastic and metal:

Watch for wires:

You need to remove the ground wire from this stud before cutting:

Marked using the PDF template on the passenger side:

From the front:

There's why I sawzall'ed a perfectly good inner fender:

Brandon, How are you gonna wire them up? So all 4 are on all the time? My sports are on their way, and I'm trying to figure exactly how I want to do them as well. My stockers dont seem as bad as everyone seems to say. So I should be really impressed with these. I like this idea from Daniel Stern: 3-Beam circuit for 4-Lamp systems

Well then again, I went driving in the mountains last night with my high beams on, got back into civilization, and realized how dim the lows are!!

I have not yet decided how to wire them. I see 3-4 prebuilt options:

Daniel Stern: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/p.../products.html
RIK-RAM kit to properly install Dodge Ram Sport
9004/9007 headlamps in place of standard
1994-2001 Dodge Ram 9004 headlamps: $79

I'm prolly going to get the dainel stern kit. I just ordered a set of foglights from him as well. The Bosch compact 100's. Their amber and I love the way they look. Just need to install those, the sportlights when they get here, and the passenger side power tow mirror.......

Does anyone have a current link to the PDF?

Thanks.
