thats rite, I've personally pressure tested those intercoolers to over 100 p.s.i. with success. and did a lot of prototype machine work for their ballbearing turbos, so I know the quality is top notch as for the price, well thats too steep for me. so I just drive mostly stock. I think the cooler is $900.00 and the t/c's are over$3000.00

I bolted it in tonight but didn't have time to finish putting the radiator hoses on and the coolant in so no test drive yet. Here's a couple of pics I took of it before I put it in:

I'm pretty happy with the quality of the welds but we'll see how it does with 40psi going through it. As for fitment, it went it just as well as the stock one would have. All the brackets were in the right places and so were the bolt holes. I have the manufacturer and the part number for it now so I'm going to see if they can be had cheaper some other way. I'll post some more pics and some test drive feedback as soon as I finish it. If the weather co-operates then I'll be done tomorrow.

Mines been holding 48 pounds from a HTT htb2 62/14 and new era 435s with a 0 plate.
Im sure it will hold a measly 40psi.
Like I said in my first post its made/distributed by performance radiator. Performanceradiator.com

Hmm that looks like the exact same intercooler I have, I think mine was replaced by the previous owner due to a fender bender...
