wow, this thread is super old, but just what i'm looking for. Dave, how do you like your snap on simulators after a couple years of use and abuse?

 

This thread is super old, but guess I could add something else for anyone looking. We had an 05' f550 with stainless simulators on it. They were weird though. Seems like there were three caps(chrome) that actually screwed on to the studs to hold on simulator but were not actually under the lugs. I remember this because there was a small wrench in the glove box and it was easier to check air pressure in the rear with the simulator off. Can't remember much more than that but I know I did not have to take lugs off to get simulator off. Been many moons since I've seen them but remember them being like that.
