driving lights that fit in factory locaiton?
Can anyone recommend any PIAAs, KC's, Hella's or other common brand that will relatively easily fit in the stock non-sport truck location?
Daniel Stern recommended a set of Bosch lights that are my list of add ons. He says they fit very nice. I haven't seen them in person, but he seems to know a thing or two about lights.
PIAA 510 Series are supposed to fit in the factory spots with the right brackets...PIAA Part number 30195.
I'm gonna try them sometime when I ever get around to it!
Good Luck,
Chris

I got the piaa 510s with custom mounting brackets I made (check pics) . Yes they cost me $330 CDN but they are worth it , you wouldn't believe the light they thow. I have them wired to come on with my brights. I have a sport not sure if the hole is the same size or place on a non sport.
Remember to check to see which front bumper piece you have where the factory fog lights go - there's 2 different ones (I found this out the hard way)..
If your truck came with NO lights, then the holes will be much smaller - if you want to use them some cutting with a saws-all will be needed (and praying that you cut them the same! LOL), or you can either go to the dealer or junkyard and get the ones for foglights (the holes are much bigger than the non-holed ones) and simply replace them.

My Dakota, fefore the Ram, had no foglights, and that meant no hole in the front bumper cover, one hole saw coming up!!........... My ram doesn't have foglights either, and I haven't decided on how to get them in there. Like said above, I'll prolly get the correct one for foglights.
