When the project truck will be done will we have to buy different U joints or yolks? Also would a driveshaft hoop be necessary? I can buy one from a friend brand new like 20 or 30 bucks cant remember. We will be in the atleast 550Hp and 1000tq range. Thanks for help.

You'll need the loop for safety at the track. Other than that, I don't think you'll need anything else.

 

So I just need a driveshaft hoop? Will I have to eventually replace the driveshaft? I think it would be ok but just wanted to make sure. Thanks Blue
