Whats the proper depth for the pickups to be set at? 1" from the bottom? 1/2"? My stock module came out in 2 pieces, so I have no idea what kind of depth it was before. Do you guys run the bottom strainer too, or just straight into the pick up?

On a side note, the dealer will only sell a full module, not the steel bracket that holds the top and bottom pieces together that I need. $530!!!

 

I had a buddy that put another one in his after he put the fass in and he can't pick up all the fuel out of the tank it runs out a little after 1/2.

 

1/2 " is good, but I'd put on some type strainer on the bottom.
