drag comp & injectors
drag comp & injectors
I have a drag comp and 150 hp injectors and my question is on the sub levels of the comp. The lower levels bring on the fuel more slowly? I am trying to avoid some of the major smoke that this thing will put out like it does when set on 5x5.
when i flipped through the instruction manual, it did say that the secondary adjustments were to limit the amount of smoke. i haven't played with mine at all yet, it's been set at 5x5 since day 1.
I'll be pulling a load a few hundred miles tonight, so i'll be backing it off to at least level 3.

Sub level 1: 33% is added at 0 psi boost
100% is added at 20 psi boost
Sub level 2: 50% is added at 0 psi boost
100% is added at 15 psi boost
Sub level 3: 67% is added at 0 psi boost
100% is added at 10 psi boost
Sub-levels 4 and 5 allow adjustment of the additional fueling above stock based on boost level. Sub-level 5 adds the most fuel at low boost; Sub-level 4 adds less fuel than Sub-level 5, and corresponds to jumper setting 2 on the EZ.
