I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on the "dr. performance" brand of chips/boxes? I have been looking around at some new chips/boxes and came across them... I don't think they are adjustable (downfall) so I guess you have to choose your hp setting but I just haven't heard much about them and was curious what they compare to??? what boost levels people are seeing with them??? and also... I've read about guys blocking off their waste gate... with or without a chip, would that help? or hurt? What about putting an orfice in-line??

I don't believe "mr. p" (doctor of what?) will get any respect around here or on the TDR. Others may disagree, but I believe that is the consensus.

 

I've been runnin a stage 1 (90hp/150fttq) for about 9 months now. I have had no complaints. Increased power,performance, fuel mileage, EGTs are low. The box is designed to prevent overfueling and keep your EGTs down. There are some who don't like them and then there are the ones that love them.

 

I think the stage III chip I have (predator) from them is great...The only drawback is that it doesn't have a boost, fuel only. But no respect.....I know for darn sure that its helped. I am planning to do a edge ez though and I know a lot of people love them too.
