Does anyone know what this is?

Behind the air intake box (see pics) , next to the computer connecter box is this box that has "DTT" stickers on it. It has a ground wire that comes out of it grounded 3 inches away, and then it has a white wire that someone has spliced into one of the wires that comes out of the computer connecter box. Does anyone have any ideas what the heck this thing is?

Bend is great. Besides the economy. Much rather be in hawaii where the sun and beach is.

do you have a turbo timer? If you shut your truck off when it is real hot does it still run until the turbo reaches a cooler temp?

I have two DTT boxes in the same location and one big box under the driver seat. I still want to bring the truck to a DTT dealer and check out all the Dtt stuff I have and what and if it is all working like it suppose to be seem ok to me.
