Dilverly valves

I was talking to one of the local IP shops arround here and he says that with the 215 pump that new Dilverly valves wouldn't do much good for more fuel. Is this true? I need more fuel to spool a turbo with a 19cm hot side. What do you all think?

I would go with a bigger injector over the Delivery valves
