DC Security Or Viper??

Howdy Everyone,

My truck came with a keyless entry sysyem but no alarm. I have been checking options for an alarm system. It would involve a siren, starter interuptand shock sensor. If the price is about the same from either manufacture does anyone have any input or suggestions to help with with the decision??? Thanks advance, Ken

you've got the right idea, alarms are a must in most areas in this country--gotta protect your investment. But in the alarm business, more expensive is not always better. When I put one in my old truck, i got one with the basics and then some--starter interupter sensor, siren, and so on. Some will try and sell you some that come with extra safety devices, such as panic and what not, but being a CTD owner, Im guessing that you can handle the situation if it were to occur! Some of these features will up the price, but some say theres no price too high for safety.
