D.V.'s are in

Got my DV's back From J.R. Atkins. Truck really runs better. smoke is not outta hand but my 40psi boost guage is done in 2nd gear as opposed to 4th w/o the DV's Now I just need to get hooked up with a hx-55 and have J.R o-ring the head. then I'M DONE.....I don't care what J.R. says

hehehe....

My Dad thinks I'm always done,, good thing my g/f understands. She agree's. A truck is NEVER done. It's a work in progress, or Sold. (Unless she wants some new shoes, or clothes, then it's on temporary hold )

Of course, the Head studs, the ATS maifold, and some other "testing", might put your truck back into the "work in progress" mode...

I hope I can keep it together for at least a month. I'm flat broke right now and need a new job before I can think about bombs.

You too?

I seriously think it's a side effect of the highly contagious disease called, BOMBitis,, a direct result of BOMBing.

you can tell you have a better job with all the high $$$ mods you have. the most I paid so far was 1700 for a clutch

I've worked for a year for those mods. The truck has accumilated a grand total of 500 miles since 11.5 months ago.

Hopefully, When the truck is at Thunder in Muncie, it will represent my 11 months, of blood, sweat, tears, and money I've worked for, and invested in the truck.

Hopefully, it wil be running a smooth, clean, streetable power.
Same thing with the 12V, although, Several shops have helped me (and hurt me), that has brough it to where it is now. It will be at Muncie too.

DM01, I know you've worked hard too. That clutch alone was alot more than I paid for my complete head, and work.

Let's see, I've spent $500 on fuel systems, $650 on a comp that I sold for $450, $400 on an exhaust that my friend jipped me on. $1550 and all I've done is exhaust and fuel systems. Now where's the pay out there?

I pulled the 191's back out of my truck they were way to hot for my setup I pulled with it the other day and I could not keep the egts down enough. So I pulled them I would sell them reasonable or trade them for 181's. Matt

I put a set of 191's in my truck before I put the cut dv's in and they did not make a difference at all. I have a 94 with a small pump and thought they would help out a lot. all I can say is I wish I did the dv's sooner because they made a huge difference. I like my new cut dv's
