Talking comp vs ecm ???

i realize this may be kicking a dead horse,i did some searcching on the topic and all the posts turned into stacking the 2,edge comp and mad ecm.if the 2 were sitting in a room which would you guys grab?i dont tow and i like the lower to mid end power.i want to be able to shift gears less in town.are the 2 very diferent or close in design?are they close in price, ive read the comp isnt very reliable, has anyone had the mad for a long time without problems.does the key on off thing still work with the mad?once again sorry if this has all been said before.

In my mind the Mad ECM is a super duper EZ (over simplified). No wire tap...no added fuel...but the fueling comes in earlier and has built in timing as opposed to over-riding the stock timing. Believe it to be more responsive than the EZ and is all you need if your most interested in low end (RPM) upgrade.
Comp will actually add more fuel & HP, due to wire tap...giving better performance at high end.

MAD ECM is less expensive and for daily driving would be my choice, If, as you ask, I had to pick just one.

I'm still leaning towards the comp.

Mad ECM is always on, no way to turn it off or down if the need arrises.

Comp is easily turned off or down, or removed completely.
