comp problem?

my truck has been idling at 800 rpm. also when i have been driving down the highway or something and go to stop at a stop light, i push in the clutch and it sticks ar 1000 rpm and whn i stop it suddleny jumps down to 800, then while its idling it sputters radomly....think its something with the comp....or just gay electronics?

Has your comp been watching musicals or spending a lot of time at nightclubs??

My idle does linger at 1000 before dropping sometimes, but I always thought that was because I have the hot rod pump. I know I'm no help, but at least you get a bump to the top

When I had my stock injector in the truck my idle would stay at 1000 until 8mph and then go back to 800. After I put the 200hp sticks in, it didn't do it anymore. But when I put the stockers back in it started doing it again until I put the 200hp sticks back in. I don't know what the deal is with that or why it does it. All of my friends trucks do this too.
