Clutch limitations

About how much power can i add before my stock clutch becomes a weak link. I dont tow much and when i do its usually light stuff. My truck is my every day driver.

My dually was alright to about 325hp. My 12v made it to maybe 275hp.

I have an 01. And i dont even know what I have stock as far as HP goes.

factory clutch starts to slip pretty good at 800 Ft-lbs of torque. I have about burned up mine with just a comp. I hope to get a dd clutch this week!!

i was wreckin mine with a comp and intake and exhuast. i just got a SB DD put in and love it. but im sure my boosted lunches didnt help the stock clutch much
