Did you have the flywheel turned? Air in the slave-master cylinder.

 

Is this a stock clutch? If not, the pedal may just need to be pressed down further than before. I had the same issues with my pulling clutch. I ended up just adjusting my seat forward and that fixed the problem.

There's no air in the clutch line. We didn't bleed it but it was full before and after the change and it's working great. The flywheel was turned. Not on a lathe but with a flywheel grinder. It seems to be getting a little better as we drive it. We need to change the fluid in it and see if that helps. So far it's holding great. Thanks for the help yall.
