I got a 2000 dodge 5.9 diesel 3500 5 speed and my question is that right now I got an old edge chip version 3.0 and I just ordered smarty s03. Can I stack them and put them together or do I have to take off the edge chip. All I got is straight pipe

 

At min before adding this, I would get a fuels psi gauge. Adding power requires more fuel. If you don't have adequate (min 5psi) fuel psi to the injector pump you'll kill it and be stuck w/a $1k bill. Read and read some more of the threads on here for good logical advice to help you in upgrading.

 

In addition to high bids remarks yes you can stack the edge and the smarty. However on the smarty settings you have to use the non timing ones as the edge adds timing. If I recall the smarty tunes are same except for the timing the no timing added are the even numbered choices.
