We came out happy!<br><br>And when he left he said this &quot;The Dealer said the chip was coming out next week?&quot;<br><br>He wanted to know what the hell a chip was. <br><br>Anyway, for your power freaks, it will show up, Dealer told him it was like 400 some horses, and if U had a warranty problem just &quot;unhook the chip&quot; before you bring her in!<br><br>Mine will stay stock and happy!<br><br>Anyone else on this?<br><br>TIA<br><br>Hunter

I haven't ordered my truck yet...but I assure you it will get a chip shortly after some break in miles. ;D Glad to hear they are comming out allready ! There should be a selection from various manufactures soon.

 

Same here, as soon as Edge or someone comes out with a Comp I will have it. Speaking of which, any one have any info on the clutches in the 2003, are they any better then the last generation. Figure on a Edge Comp and grossing out about 25,000# wondering if I will have to be switching the clutch right away?

So this means you'll have a 300 BHP limit on the truck before the clutch slips. The average HO puts 265 - 275 to the ground, so us HO guys will only be adding 40 ponies before calling your friendly neighborhood South Bend clutch dealer...<br><br>Rod

 

Well that sucks :'( guess I will be pulling that thing right away. Anyone have an idea of what that does to warrenty if you do it your self?
