Chevy wheel cylinder upgrade?

I got the wheel cylinders but they are too short, in other words there is not enought throw, the ends pop out when pushing brake pedal, I have the adjusters adjusted????? I used the part num on this sight napa 37337.

The stock cylinder is .5 inches longer that the chevy. Any ideas?

Thanks Bob

I just wanted to add, the cups are getting pushed off, maybe the new cylinder is just leaking?
