Hmm I too hope this is photoshopped. Im kinda leaning towards it is(but what do I know) that it is photoshopped. The running board goes skinny as it goes under the truck and has a light glow around that area...which shouldn't be there...I think the running board was just photoshopped in there...and the rear wheel well just doesn't look right to me,lol...the colours. And if those were actual rear light covers wouldn't the spikes be symmetrical and equal size on the bottom of it?

But then again i could be wrong...ouldn't it be funny if i was

 

acculy iv seen those light covers before there sopose to look like the light was broke out or something, but i really hope that was photoshoped, it doesnt look like it to me thought and i feel really bad for that truck... sad day
