U can get more fuel by tricking the ECM into thinking that the fuel is hot it will add more fuel to try and cool it down that is how a lot of chips work

My truck doesn't have an intercooler, I wish it did though. I had a 92 cummins a few years back and I was able to up the power easily on it. I was wondering if there was a simple way of getting a few extra horses, by way of something simple I could do myself. I'm a married college student so the budget is very slim. Any suggestions?
theres lots of stuff you can do on your inline pump.
read on this forums: "Performance and Accessories 2nd gen only"

search for "Fuel plate" "AFC and starwheel" read, read lots, and you'll find anything you need! and feel free to ask on a specific mod!

you can grind your own fuel plate, for free, get yourself a #10 or #100 plate and turn in the WOT screw (wide open throttle stop screw)

these mods drop abound 3 sec of your 1/4 (in my case)

I've been told to leave it be if its not intercooled. Try over in the 12v section for help on this one- aka 1st Gen. Ram - All Topics
