chart to get rough idea on HP levels?

Is there a chart or something similar that we can use to figure out what kind of power we're making? Like what you get with just a #10 plate in the middle, or pushed forward. I really need to have my tranny worked on, and I know Dave Goerend will want to know how much power I plan on making. I honestly don't know, and I don't even know what I have now. But it would be nice to come up with a guess if I were to choose specific injectors and stuff.

Thanks.

If its any help I just dyno'd at 315/799 a couple of weeks ago. Our trucks are pretty similar with the exception of my 215s, tranny and possibly 3K GSK. My #10 is almost full forward, my star wheel has been tweaked a bit and my AFC is full forward for reference.

Thanks frostytj, that is a big help. I have the 3GSK, but it's still in the box sitting on a shelf in my garage. It really does wonders, sitting in that box. I'd like to put in some 215's as soon as I get the tranny work done. They're rather spendy though. For the same price I can get some 75HP Stage 2 DDP from Piers Diesel, or for $101 more I can get the 80HP Stage 2 DD from Piers Diesel.
