Anyone with cap or tonneau recommendations? I'm looking at pulling two horses for a couple thousand miles. Didn't really want either a cap or tonneau, but my trailer has no room for equipment or hay with horses loaded. The local retailer tells me that the cap is about $1k and a retractable tonneau is more expensive? Any opinions out there?

You can usually find used caps for $500 or less.

Yes retractable tonneaus are expensive, but roll up are affordable. I got a special roll up that fits behind my toolbox for just over $400
