Sweet Video!!!! Whats the big "whoosh" sound on the second clip. It starts to light the tires up then makes that sound and kinda kills out for a sec.

Thats one sweet running truck! Id love to have mine running about like that(Maybe someday). Tranny sounds like it does a really good job on the shifts, and stuff too. Looks like your converter is pretty tight. Im guessing its failry laggy if you just try mashing it without building boost? Anyways, sweet truck!

yeah the converter is 91% with 1400 stall, hopefully it's coming out for a 89% with a higher stall. It does make things a little laggy but when it lights you better hold onto your butt

Yup it rolled through the gears real nice (thanks to HTS ) Wheel speed was up around 70 mph. We took off about 1/4in of tread in just a couple runs which made for a good smoke show . Managed to make it to a couple pulls this summer, the video in my sig. was the first one I'd ever won. Ever do anyone pullin or racing w/ your truck?

I might pull someday if there is a rwd class Currently I don't even own a hitch =\

I did go to the track one day to play. Dern Toyos won't stick to the track even after getting warmed up. I did some boosted 3rd gear launches and played around with skipping gears. Basically I got through most all of the first time at the track dummy stuff stuff so if DTR chapter 7 has a track day I'll be ready. I've been practicing my launches and hope to improve on my best 60' of 2.35. My times were pretty sad, but I did manage to win against a stock buick

Only truck I want to race is an auto hemi truck from work with an owner that doesn't know to shut his mouth He won't run the hemi, but wants to race me with his dad's lightning or his built monty carlo
