If thats the box to make you high and low beams burn at the same time, then I've seen instutions on here some where to make your own, back some time ago, you might do a search and find it.

Wish I had seen this a few years ago when I bought the box. I couldhave saved some coin. In any case my brightbox has worked fine. It does not control the fog lights.
