Boost pressure??

Is it ok to have the allen head threaded all the way in on a tst valve? and can the stock turbo handle it if I move the torque plate forward. any suggestions would be very helpful. thanks

The general consensus is to limit boost to 35 psi, after that the boosted air just gets hotter, and the turbo is severly overspeed and can fail.
