boost port for gauge

Where is it on my 2001? The website I found an install for said it was 3/4 pipe thread but the plug I found in mine is closer to one inch! It definately had pressure so I don't know what's up. Please help!

It is the 3/4" pipe plug on the drivers side of the engine between the fuel filter and the fire wall. The 3/4" pipe plug is actually a little larger than 3/4", but that's is the correct size. You will need a 1/2" square drive to remove it.
There are other ways to tap into the boost. One of our vendors here sells a replacement bolt that is tapped (can't remember who at the moment) and you can also tap the air horn.

17 psi is close to normal stock pressure. I got just a hair over 20 on my gauge before I got an EZ.

I used to get around 18lbs before I added my EZ. Now I get around 30lbs ;D.
